The time has arrived for the first RemoteADV adventure breakout rally to help you push your limits and get off the beaten track exploring some of the best spots in the Wellington / Martinborough regions.
With popularity stemming from our monthly adventure rides, focussing primarily on the more technical trails for both adventure and dual-sport motorbikes, it has become evident that it was time to organise a rally where the majority of the route resembles the traditional breakouts you may find at other rallies. The primary aim of this rally will not merely be to enjoy time spinning a few yarns and sharing war stories over a few adult lemonades at the end of the day at a brewery on the Saturday night—though this aspect is certainly high on our list of priorities—but also to create an epic two-day rally for those of us who prefer to equip our bikes with knobbly tyres for adventures beyond just talking shit at the café.

What's included:

  • GPX files for two days of riding on epic routes taking you on dirt tracks, gravel beaches, gravel roads, single tracks, river beds and forest riding

  • Exclusive access to private land

  • Complementary Motomuck bike wash and refreshment on completion of day 1

  • Saturday night dinner at Panhead (drinks excluded)

  • Support riders

Day 1:

We will kick off the day at the Fig Tree Cafe where you can grab hot coffee and a hearty breakfast if you want (not included in the entry price), or there’s always the hearty gas station pie option before you head over the hill. The day will take you along some of the very best trails that the South Coast of Wairarapa can offer, featuring exclusive private access points and breathtaking views. This extremely rugged and beautiful coastline is a location that should undoubtedly be on the bucket list of every adventurous rider.

Armed with a few new war stories, park your bike up for a quick wash while we meet up at Panhead where we can rehydrate and refuel with dinner.

Day 2:

We plan to shake off the remnants of the night before with another hearty breakfast at the Fig Tree Cafe (not included in the entry price) before we head off winding through some spectacular private forest trails and making our way into the renowned Akatarawa Forest. Here, Wian has crafted a route that is sure to bring smiles of joy to any adventure rider for a long time to come.

We will end at the Karapoti carpark where you can collect your luggage and head off straight from here.
